Exchange / Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back and we will happily provide you with a store credit to use as you please.
Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging
The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan etc)
The item is returned (and received) to us within 7 days of actual delivery date
PLEASE NOTE:
Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days processing time for your payment to be refunded on same mode of payment.
We cannot offer direct exchanges.
FAULTY ITEMS:
We carefully pack and ship all orders from our warehouse, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided the following is met;
You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to azira.sales@gmail.com.
Your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
RETURNS:
To start the process, drop us an email at azira.sales@gmail.com Or you can call /Whatsapp on +91-8135-046919 mentioning your order ID.
On receipt of your email, we will arrange for a reverse pick up within 3-4 working days. Please note- we will charge a nominal fees of Rs. 49/- for every return. This is essential to cover our logitics fees we pay to 3PL compaines for every shipment. We bear the forward fees on your behalf, and recover only the reverse fees in case of return.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
If you are looking to change or cancel an order, please contact azira.sales@gmail.com / +91-8135-046919 - ASAP.
We allow for Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse (i.e. Within twenty four hours from the time of placing the order.) If the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse, then the order MUST be accepted on delivery and if desired to be returned then, the return policy shall apply.
